I felt they were organized. The staff were personable, concerned, and made things clear to me of what needed to be done. I left with confidence that they are concerned with what needs to be done as opposed to what was unnecessary.
Everything was done professionally. Nothing to add...nothing to complain about !
Dr.Potthoff is always efficient, his office is clean and pleasant, and staff are very friendly. I am a nervous dental patient and this office always puts me at ease. Very Professional. Having had three crowns over the last 2 years at this office, I have been completely satisfied. They are done from start to finish right in the office with no temporary to have to wait for.
Great as long as it is proper to use the term "great" when referring to a trip to the dentist.
