Dr. Shah is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She makes patients feel comfortable and calm. Especially for someone with fear of dental work.

The overall visit was AWESOME, outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived staff was friendly and prompt all questions were answered and all procedures being done were explained very well step by step. Mario did an OUTSTANDING job he took time to explain everything that he was going to do and also explained what he was doing as he was performing the teeth cleaning. Also asked us if we had any questions way to go Mario kudos to you. But over all KUDOS to all the Potranco Smiles team great job.
The doctor and the assistant were fantastic with my child, who had a small cavity that needed to be filled. The process was very quick, and it made my child feel at ease with the process. The staff at Potranco Smiles is GREAT!
They all were polite and helpful. I love the kid play area for my two year old.
I like the convenience of going to Potranco Smiles. On my last visit, I did not enjoy my experience. The cleaning did not meet my expectations.
First appt went smoothly despite my cracked filling and poor flossing habits. Dr. Shah explained everything in simple terms without condescension or derision. Would go again.
