Heard about Potrancosmiles and I liked the people and the service. They answered all my questions and had a good expierence with how they handled things. Jacey and others did a great job and I recommend them.
Although it was a bit bothersome to get several reminders via text, several reminders via emails, reminder via my calendar, and phone calls to remind me about my appointment (yes, plural for all of them), it was refreshing to be called in for the actual appointment on time. The best dental visit in my life (I'm in my 60's) Aside from the friendly staff, Dr Shah is absolutely top-notch and very skilled at her craft. I have recommended her to every person I know and am positive they will also be as pleased and amazed as I am.
Dentist and staff were amazing! Made us feel comfortable, took their time and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and professional staff members and very clean environment. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family!
I was greeted warmly when I entered and promptly checked-in. The decor is beautiful and welcoming. My examination was great! The hygienist did a fantastic job with my x-rays and cleaning. She even took the time to explain everything she was doing. The dentist walked me through her plan for my continued dental care.
