Nice office, great location and very close to home. Both girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The dentist was very nice and professional, as was the hygienist.
Excellent Customer Service from the moment my family and I entered. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The care provided by Dr. Shaw was exceptional.
I really enjoyed my visit and the staff at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No pushy sales. Quick in and out and on with my day.
They are there for me and my teeth. Clean and respectful on every visit. Always checking up on whether I’m taking care of my teeth and always advising options for ways to keep them clean. Front desk is always helpful and willing to work out scheduling since mine is a disaster. Keep up the great work everyone! This location is at Grosenbacher and FM 1957 btw

The Staff is very welcoming & the Facility is very nice! They made me feel at ease! I am happy to have chosen this new Dental Office for me! The Dentist is also very nice !
If your looking for a compassionate Dentist and a friendly staff, look no further. Dr. Shaw is awesome and makes sure you feel comfortable and happy with the work she has done. I can’t say enough about her staff as well. They are friendly and everyone always has a good upbeat attitude. Give them a try I can guarantee you will go back.
They walk you through everything and they let you know who will be with you next, they are really friendly! Plus they have Netflix on the ceiling; I mean who wouldn’t like that! Loved my visit!! Thank you so much to the staff!
My experience at Potranco Smiles was a very pleasant one. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful by answering all our questions as new patients. The dentist and assistant staff were helpful in addressing my concerns, thorough in their exam and cleaning and very nice to chat with. I recommend this dental practice.
