So far our son, daughter, myself, and soon my husband will have gone to Potranco Smiles for our dental care and we have all been very well pleased. The entire office staff has such excellent customer service. Something you really don’t see much anymore so it is refreshing. Also, with each person in our family, including me just yesterday, they take the time to explain clearly exactly any treatment that the doctor is recommending in a way you can understand. I had a great experience along with my 5 year old daughter at Potranco Smiles. She was scared to see the dentist initially, but the staff were very friendly and she ended up enjoying her visit. The facility was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the dentist was amazing as well. I will be going back and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist.

Nice office, great location and very close to home. Both girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The dentist was very nice and professional, as was the hygienist.
Excellent Customer Service from the moment my family and I entered. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The care provided by Dr. Shaw was exceptional.
I really enjoyed my visit and the staff at this location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No pushy sales. Quick in and out and on with my day.
They are there for me and my teeth. Clean and respectful on every visit. Always checking up on whether I’m taking care of my teeth and always advising options for ways to keep them clean. Front desk is always helpful and willing to work out scheduling since mine is a disaster. Keep up the great work everyone! This location is at Grosenbacher and FM 1957 btw
