Dirty restaurant. Mediocre food. It may have been decent at one point, but that day has long passed.
Potatoe Patch is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good and the service always great. I ate dinner there again tonight. The service was fast and the food fresh and hot. Quinton was polite and made sure my tea never ran out.
Chicken fried steak and rolls and the muffins were delicious!!!
so dissappointed. we eat here fairly often and tonight were seated under a ceiling fan on high. i asked a waiter to switch tables or turn the fan off. he told us we could move and showed us a new table. i passed the hostess and let her know we moved. we waited 15min for service. no drinks or anything yet. table behind us was seated and served drinks before us. we asked the waited who moved us for a server and he said yeah hang on amd never came back. almost 20min so we walked out. bring the food faster. food was not hot. rolls were not hot. Service was something to be desired.
I haven’t been here I a long time. Atmosphere has changed since last time. Miss the original guy throwing rolls, he was personality to this place. Food portions have dropped but the taste is still good. Not the same with the muffins and fried green tomatoes,it’s a staple to this place but now they bring a little portion to your table and don’t bother to ask is you want more. Yeah it’s kinda dropped off yet I would still recommend!
My food was terrible. Ordered a ribeye more fat and Gristle than meat it taste like old unseasoned beef. The people were very nice that was working and I did get popped in the head with a roll, that I could live with.
