We had such a HORRIBLE experience here this afternoon. First, I don't think the A/C was working, it was VERY hot and not a pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress took a while to get us drinks then it took almost 45 minutes for her to come back just to take our food order. We had kids that were getting very antsy and on top of that they were hot. So 1.5 hours goes by and our food finally comes...half of it was wrong and the other half was dry and gross. Unsanitary, poor service, dilapidated!!
when we first arrived the waiter dropped a salad bowl that he had just taken from a table instead of cleaning it up it stayed there until right before we left, we never got refills on our drinks in fact we refilled our own drinks with the tea pitchers that were across the way from us, while sitting at our table we witnessed a waitress pop a pimple in the mirror that's in the hallway then she walked into the kitchen and grabbed drinks and served them without washing her hands oh yea and she clearly had no bra on, majority of ... read more
