The lot rents are increased each year. We have been here for three years with total increase of $300. No improvements to the roads or golf cart roads. A lot of flood areas with no improvements or only half way fixed. This was to be our retirement home but with yearly increase we can’t stay. Problem is husband now has cancer and we can’t supplement income by working. They never told us this increase would be every year we can’t stay and can’t afford to move. Also we live on Medicare no pension plan
Sent rents will go up - no matter what they may promise you. Grill makes living near the water a noisy and unsafe atmosphere.
BEWARE.... my husband and I just moved to Delaware 10 months ago. We decided to buy a boat in August and dock it at the Pot Net Coveside Marina. They charged us $625.00 from August until the end of November. In September we received a letter stating they would be doing a refresh of our dock location and to remove the boat by Oct1st.
