Awesome Place! Whenever I have a unique gift to buy, I think of Posey Lane. They have the most unique items in their store. We have used their monogramming services and have been pleased with the final product. Kerrie, the owner is very welcoming, helpful, joyful and above all very professional. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS I went to Posy Lane in search of nap rolls for my kids. I found them and wanted to add a little something special for my kids and Posy Lane ruined it. On my sons I asked for a motif of a deer that they had in one of their notebooks. I asked for the colors to be the same as in the book. I did not get the font I selected When ordering a backpack for my son online, I carefully selected the font I wanted his name to be embroidered in, checking it and the color several times before I checked out. I received the backpack promptly and was pleased with the bag overall, but it was not the font I had specified. I immediately called and let them know of the error and was informed that the font choice came through as "N/A" and so they selected a font for me. I adore this store! They always have the cutest things at this store. I know their specialty is invitations but they have such a diverse selection of gifts too. Seriously- I was able to buy my toddler a few super fun toys for Christmas, my mom a really nice pink, leather passport cover (just like the one in "O" magazine!) and all my Christmas cards too. Plus size not really plus size I bought a plus size bath wrap and it is tiny. I am usually a size 22 but this is very tight if I wrap it all the way around, and leaves a gap if I don't use all the velcro. Not really plus size, and when I emailed the company directly about it, I was not contacted, so spent a lot of money, had my name put on it and everything that I cannot use, and have not been able to even get customer service help
Great Customer Service and Product I put a backpack and matching nap mat from this site on my daughter's Amazon Wish List and each item was ordered from different family members for her for Christmas a few years back. I had put the wrong color thread for embroidery on her request and they quickly notified the family member to correct it before they finished the order.
