Great product, quick service I'm a first-time customer, and I ordered my daughter's nap mat on 2/27/2011. I was pleasantly surprised when my shipment arrived on Thursday 3/3/2011. I can't believe how quickly that was sent, especially since I requested for a personal embroidery on her nap mat. I did not get the font I selected When ordering a backpack for my son online, I carefully selected the font I wanted his name to be embroidered in, checking it and the color several times before I checked out. I received the backpack promptly and was pleased with the bag overall, but it was not the font I had specified. I immediately called and let them know of the error and was informed that the font choice came through as "N/A" and so they selected a font for me. Posy Lane has AMAZING customer service! Posy Lane's customer service is unbelievable. I ordered a case of Nam's bits in paint cans for my daughter's 4th birthday party. Unfortunately Nam's was out of the small cans that I ordered. Posy Lane requested that they be filled with the larger paint cans (to keep with the party theme) and did not charge me for the change. Posy Lane is Great Service. Great to work with. I make custom bags and needed a bag monogrammed with a fast turn around time and they took great care of me! They got it done on time and the monogram looks perfect. I am so happy I found them.
