Lost $249 due to a recall of an international shipment that was recalled and never reached its destination. Postal Annex would do nothing to assist. I spent many hours attempting to get a refund from DHL, but DHL insisted that Postal Annex should be seeking the refund. No follow-up and no assistance whatsoever from Postal Annex even through I went back to the store several times, called several times and sent many texts and emails.
