It was nice This apartment building is brand new and continues to revise community rules. It was really clean until May and now the halls are showing a lot of wear. Also if you’re looking for a nice relaxing building with responsible tenants this is not for you. Tenants are mostly in their 20s. Most of the rules changes are due to poor behavior by disrespectful individuals. The area is not desirable due to the homeless shelter and homeless sleeping all around the building and people living in their cars on the street. I hear... read more
