Love the apartment... (Verified Renter) Love the apartment itself. It's our dream space, and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Love the free cold brew toooooo. Hated the fact that the floors shook for the first five months of us living here due to construction on the streets below (would have choose a different unit potentially if I knew this). And the fact that the construction and noises on Brighton are seemingly never-ending, but other than that, its great here.

It has however quickly deteriorated as far as common space hallway carpeted areas being very torn up and dirty. Sound is not great, the building wasn?t built with room to room insulation it seems. Overall very nice for location, amenities and actual apartment sizes.
Beautuful property and... (Verified Renter) Beautuful property and amenities. But lobby has smelled bad lately and the customer service at the front desk is very poor. Also not a good situation when the front staff won't take packages. I've never lived somewhere like that before.
Best place in... (Verified Renter) Best place in Denver to live! I spent 3 weeks looking for apartments and visiting different places and I landed on a winner! Great pool, gym, offices, and hangout room. All of the neighbors are super nice. All employees are respectful and super helpful with any questions you have. It is by far the cleanest apartment I?ve seen in Denver. I don?t have a single bad review for my new home
