DO NOT SIGN HERE!!!! They will treat you well when you tour and are trying to sign. After you sign you will realize that they don't care about you. Homeless break in all the time and sleep in the halls and garage. If you have any issues the management team (Katie and Nathalie) will not do anything to help. Katie is very rude and condescending, I have no idea how she has not been fired yet. Nathalie will act nice but that's it, its just an act. The pool looks good but is very dirty most of the time.

Horrible tour experience Spoke to someone on the phone she was not friendly. Had an appointment scheduled for a tour waited an hour and no one showed up. Their call box did not work outside the front door. Very frustrating experience we ended up leaving and not touring

Money hungry company that won’t resolve issues Don’t live here. Their amenities will be broken the entire time you live here with no money off for your inability to use them

Management is a joke You pay a ton of money in rent for nothing. Management doesn’t enforce any rules. Our nightly security is a joke. They sit around with their girlfriends scrolling on their phones not paying attention to the homeless coming in, loud obnoxious behavior, people literally punching holes in the walls. This place is a joke and I wish I never lived here. Not to mention the homeless problem. There isn’t enough room in this review to complain about all the issues with the “luxury” living.
Find another place to live in RiNo I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They will nickel and dime you for anything and the leasing office does not seem to care much about the tenants. Poor property management is the one of the main issues here. They make you pay $35 a month for a trash pick up service that you must pay even if you don't use it. Don't pay to live here, because the homeless don't. It, the homeless situation, has become an absolute problem. They are everywhere, including inside the building and the parking structure. Countless times I have found someone who is obviously homeless sleeping in common areas within the building. They rummage through the trash bins leaving a mess everywhere. No Thanks! Can’t wait to move out of here. Maintenance is super slow. Have had a flashing light outside of my apartment for 6/10 months I’ve been here. Walls and ceilings are super thin and can hear a pen drop above me. Way better places nearby that are cheaper.

Do not move here! I deeply regret moving here. Although I love the apartment and locations the staff and ridiculous policies are such a hassle and truly harassment that I plan to be leaving at the end of my lease. They look for ANYTHING they can charge your their $200 violation fee. And don't use their trash service, they leave trash all over the floor but if your trash bag so much falls off your trash can they will attempt to fine you. Six months into... (Verified Renter) Six months into my lease and I have enjoyed every aspect! The gym, the common room, the office space, and the pool are comfortable spaces at all times and I love to take advantage of them!
