I worked there for eleven years, eight as a (part-time) manager, and have been a loyal customer the past 8 years since then. It works real simple: make the customer happy, and love doing it. All employees must have good knowledge and experience. I once made three trips outside to help a man fit a 7-cent screw, and was happy to do it. Always steered customers to good bargains and away from "bad decisions". Best place I know of. Thanks.
