My children didn’t get the therapy they needed. We were in a high conflict custody case and the children were ordered to see a psychologist by the guardian ad litem, of course she chose. They all work together, care only for the money and not the children’s well being.

I called a week ago today to make an appointment. I gave the person all of the information she asked for and even sent pictures of the insurance info via text message per her request. When I didn’t hear any response I called yesterday. I was told she was unavailable to speak to me but he would send her an email to have her call me. I waited over 24 hours and received no response. I love Dr Bank, he has helped both my sons, one has high anxiety and the other has ADHD. They love coming here, that's why we drive an hour to get here.
