Went to the Union Hills location. Worst experience ever. The check in lady was very rude and wasn’t very helpful in explaining how everything worked. The water was ice cold the entire time and the shampoo and conditioner hardly came out. My dogs smelled horrible. The towels were extremely small. Save your money, invest in some quality shampoo and do it at home.

They put up a barrier for me since my daughters and I brought in 2 dogs. they kept checking to see if we needed anything. I love this place. They are absolutely amazing.
