Extremely disappointed and wish I had not left a tip. The shampoo girl was much better than the last one, but I was very disappointed with my hair. Google really needs to get rid of the one-star requirement and allow people to leave zero stars when they feel someone did a poor job.

My daughter wanted a last minute trim and hair styling. I was busy, so I let her try to find what she wanted and try to work around my work and holiday cooking schedule. We ended up at Posh. The owner, Dani is wonderful. I enjoyed chatting with her. Ultimately, my young daughter learned a few life lessons about communicating expectations and add-on costs. She was upset when we left. went for the first time today, such a wonderful staff! Anna did my nails and while she probably didn't think twice about it, I appreciate her not commenting on my nails, I usually get so scared getting my nails done because I bite my nails and a lot of nail artist usually make a little comment. she didn't once and for that I will be back. also her attention to details are impeccable, she didn't rush any part! thank y'all so much for such a wonderful experience!!!
