Washers a d dryers dont work. Pool always closed. Looks like crap. Been here 7 years and was awesome, but new management past 2 years suck. Place going dow the drain. Take this from a educator.
It's super calm, but the gate brakes down now and again, they never clean near the mail box so it's full of bugs and spiders, the pools are rarely cleaned, if a laundry machine breaks they don't fix it right away, the gym is a lie because the only 2 things that are usable in there are a walking machine and the sauna, the cats that are let lose around here mate behind the apartments in the middle of the night, and the ducks will sit on the road and not move for hours and no one will come out to shoo them away.
