great apartments! love living in here been here for 3 years its calm environment and great service..
This place is the worst place do not rent here!!! i do not recommend this place at all. There is always an issue in the apt. There is mold on the walls and all they do it paint over it. The plumbing sucks my sink leaks into the cabinet below have to be cleaning out the water. The dishwasher leaks dirty stinky brown water. The laundromat was not working and they did not advice all tenants or leave a notice. We did not have hot water for a while and they wanted us to pay the full rent when that was not our fault. Not worth it I have been living here for almost a year. it was good at first but over the past 3 month it's been getting real bad. my AC unit has messed up 2 times within a 3 month lapse. The first it messed up on a Thursday night; I called Friday morning they said they would fix it. they didn't go until Monday. The 2nd time it went out on Monday night, called Tuesday morning they said they would fix it & give me a temp window AC unit but never got and till this day my AC has been out for 2 wks!! RecommendedI highly recommend these Apartments! The management is well organized, professional, and quick to answer questions and fix issues. The apartments themselves are up to date and always remodeling and adding new things to the apartment! And they have a Courtesy Officer that is awesome! Always keeping us safe and resolving complaints!
Horrible service, and an incompetent manager that states not to know where her on call employee is at. After she said she did. 🤷🏻♂️ I called the answering service 3:30pm at 4:30 pm and 5:30pm to have my A/C repaired on a Saturday July 11. I called the answering service and had them tell the manager to call me. When she did. She first stated that they had 24 to 48 hrs to fix the A/C. Really!?! I asked. After a long oh hell no from me. Save your time just get other apartment I have been living here for almost four years at first it was good but in this past 2 months the it’s a nightmare. There have been sending me letters of past dues every day, in which I always pay on time. So I call the office and talk 2 the manager, all they say it was not me , and the next day is the same. Trust me is not worth leaving here !!!!

Fine Place to call home! My wife and I have lived here for more than 3 years and we are very happy to call it our home. It is a very comfortable and quiet complex with a lovely ambiance of surrounding nature, being next to a resaca and having its own pond with all the attendant wildlife, fish, birds, turtles, etc. we especially enjoy the many semi-tame and wild ducks who make the pond their home as well as the beautiful white garzas who frequently fly in for a meal.
