48 hours over my return day time frame and they won't honor their 30 day return guarantee. Technically, including shipping I'm still within my 30 days. I haven't even used a single piece of equipment, I am just having issues with my POS company and was trying to switch to something else. I'm beyond frustrated.
I am very disappointed in the customer service this company pretends to provide. They don't care about the customer they only care about themselves. BEWARE if you want to be treated with any type of quality customer service.
