POS Portal, Are you guys ignoring everyone or are you out of business? I have sent email replies to Moralies Cutts, I've called your support line and kept getting voicemail, and i even sent an email to your assistance email address and haven't had any response... I need a resolution on my account to end my lease or just pass me off to collections so I can have better luck reaching a human to resolve this matter! We had just received the square hardware night before and our store was supposed to open with this new hardware at 11 am - and we had no experience whatsoever installing this or any POS hardware. Even before we could call, Kendahl called us at 8 am sharp. She helped us most professionally and efficiently to get everything setup! Many thanks for your support :-)) She also helped make our old cash drawers work. I called back to return the square cash drawers that we had bought and that process also went as smooth as ever.
