Great service. Really helpful with the technical support, and especially good at making sure the correct product is delivered. I love their lease options! I worked with Monica, and she went through every piece of equipment and ensured it was going to be properly utilized before we purchased it. This is the 2nd business I have used them for, and am looking forward to connecting on more.
BIG SCAM! They have no interest in helping anybody but themselves. Do yourselves a favor and look for an honest company. Plenty others out there.
My experience was great. Kendahl Connolly was Awesome!! She helped me pick out the right equipment for me and got me all the accessories so when I received my hardware I can get up running right away. She then gave me her direct line in case I had any trouble she can help me. I had trouble connecting my kitchen printer so I called Kendahl, she was very lovely to deal with and patient. I am a scientist never owned a small business but decided to bring a little bit of Switzerland Teuscher Chocolates in San Diego I could not be happier With my POS system most of it the customer service was excellent I did a lot of research and Kendahl was incredibly patient knowledgeable and helpful all the way ���compare to all others I contacted

She was with me at every step through this process, and even the 2 times I had to leave her a message within minutes she called me back. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Kendahl at POS Portal. She set me up with a new POS System for my restaurant. A week later she called me and made sure I had everything I needed and even stayed on the phone while I set up my wireless router. We talked about my new business and how much we both love cheese.
