I hated it.
This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Poor customer service, they don't do what they say they will and I am out a few hundred dollars. Go to Amazon folks, i don't know how they stay in business.
the worst company to deal with send me wrong equipments ... and when trying to return they didnt accept them.. stay away from them,,, they are not small business friendly company...
My experience establishing new service with POS Portal was very easy and painless. I just had an issue with my equipment and they helped me resolve the issue very quickly. I would recommend POS Portal to any business!
Horrible experience! No customer service. Will say anything to get the order and lie when there are problems.
Truth in advertising...NOT! Beware of hidden costs that are not disclosed ANYWHERE on their website. They say, "No gimmicks" but clearly POS Portal has tricks (and charges) up their sleeves. Customer service by management....They'd be fired if they worked for me. And that was on my first phone conversation. AWFUL!
I am currently a square merchant and leased equipments on recommendation of #SquareMerchant from POS portal about an year back. I recently sold my business and have been trying to get my lease transferred to the new owner but POS portal in totally unresponsive on this. Despite leaving multiple messages and calls, no one is willing to help. They seem to have held me hostage to the lease. Very un business friendly attitude. Spoke to Square and they showed their indifference as well to the situation. Very very unethical respons... read more
