We had a flooding situation that originated from the apartment directly above ours that was immediately addressed by JR. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of care, attention and respect that this young man displayed and is what truly defines Gold Star Service. JR truly has a bright future ahead……such professionalism ,so articulate in addition to his humble, cheerful disposition. Having top notch talent like JR...makes Portofino Cove a great place to live. Well the fact that they have to get their Property Manager to leave a 5 star review on Yelp should be a RED FLAG! BEWEAR OF THIS COMPLEX! My boyfriend and I Moved in of Aug 2019 and in the 12 months we were there they gone trough 6 property managers. Nothing we were promised before we moved in was completed until after an entire year. The staff is super rude and unprofessional. I moved out Aug 2020 and am still dealing with this horrible place!
