It's BEAUTIFUL! !!! CAN'T WAIT TO LIVE HERE FOR A LITTLE WHILE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A HOUSE AND NEED A APARTMENT IN THE TIME BEING. MY KIDS ARE GOING TO GO CRAZY WHEN THEY SEE THIS. FORGET THE HOUSE LET'S JUST STAY HERE FOREVER LOL! TANNING BED, fitness center, heated pool, activity room!! It's incredible!
We got billed heavily for a bunch of minor, nit-picky things at move out like having a single hair in the bathtub and water spots on the dishwasher.
These apartments suck. After my husband and I moved out, they over charged us for not picky little details in the apt. We always paid rent on time and took good care of our apt. STAY AWAY!!!!
Portofino is the best place I've ever lived. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and they are so genuine and friendly. They also have a dog park, walking trail, and fishing pond! Portofino has a heated pool and they will host BBQs, wine tastings, and other events each month, as well as monthly drawings for tenants! The gated complex gives me more peace of mind for my security. I can't wait to extend my lease!
Portofino apartments are LITERALLY the best apartments here in Lubbock! The staff is amazing, community amenities include a dog park, 24 hour gym, club house, heated pool, and amazing social gatherings like wine tasting! Will definitely choose them over and over again while I am in need of an apartment and living in Lubbock!
I lived here for 12 months and it was amazing! They apartments are so pretty and clean. The value of the property is also amazing. The best part about it is the pool and outdoor area hands down. I spent my summers living there. I had to move due to a new job I accepted in a new city. But I still wish I could live at Portofino Apartments!!!
I've lived in a few different apartment complexes and Portofino is by far the absolute BEST! Staff is so helpful and caring and Maintenance keeps the grounds looking so pretty! Quiet and inviting! If I didn't have to leave I wouldn't, but I would recommend this place to everyone!
We have enjoyed living at Portofino so much!This was my first time to lease an apartment and I was expecting the worst! I have been truly blown away by how great it has been. The staff is incredibly friendly and I don't have a single negative thing to say about our experience here. If you're looking for an apartment in Lubbock, you will not be disappointed. This is an awesome place!
