Beautiful apartments...best in Lubbock I think! Management was very accommodating. I live in a 1 bedroom on the second floor and I love the view, the area, and the apartment. I really have no complaints.
I lived in Lubbock for 6 years and this is definitely #1 when it comes to apartments! The staff is wonderful, the maintenance is timely and gets the job done right the first time, and the grounds are well kept. They don't nickel & dime you like many of the college apts do, in fact when you move out they mail your entire transaction history. I've lived here for a couple of years now, I enjoy coming home to a great looking property that is always kept and clean. The neighbors are always very friendly and I've made great friends and connections. I enjoy how quiet it is and the usually more mature crowd that lives here. The staff is always smiling and willing to go above and beyond.
Its a great place to live, I love it and the Managment is awesome!
Portofino apartments makes Lubbock feel like home. I feel safe at all times and love that the office staff takes care of everything I need. The neighbors are great and I love the community feel!
I have lived 9 different places in Lubbock and Portofino Apartments has been my favorite place so far! I have never renewed a lease for an apartment and this will be my first time to renew! The staff is always so friendly and I have never had any issues. I have also recommended it to three of my friends and they all love it as well!
