I've had a great experience at Portofino. The staff is very accomedting and maintance requests are answer in a speedy manner. I highly recommend this complex.

I have lived here for a few years and Portofino is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The office staff is great and always helpful and friendly! If you are apartment hunting you definitely need to check Portofino out!
My family (hubby, young child, dog and I) have been here for 5 months now and we have really enjoyed our apartment! The amenities in this facility are amazing! We rented our apartment site unseen because we were moving from across the United States. The pictures on the Internet are exactly what it's like in person. We have not been disappointed. If there's any maintenance that needs done it's taken care of right away.
Absolutely the worst experience possible. The management was so rude. Nothing is taken care of in a timely manner. Not to mention, there's a huge bug problem and the walls are paper thin so you will hear everything from your neighbors. They charge to have a package delivered if they themselves have to deliver it so that is incredibly inconvenient. Do yourself a favor, do not live here.
