Lived there for 2 years and everyday of my life I wanted to rip my hair out of my head. The upstairs neighbors must have been wearing brick slides. Building 5 apartment 535. Not to mention the amazing staff that never manage to say hello or help fix any matter. Leaky ceilings, broken kitchen appliances and all the cabinets fell apart after the cheap glue wouldn't hold them up any longer. Office staff is rude and condescending. Don't waste your time on these outdated and poor run apartments.
I'm not even sure where to start with this place. My boyfriend and I had our lease signed for about 2 months before our move in date and were told we could move in on the 5th. We arrive that morning and they not only have no idea who we are, they tell us we aren't supposed to move in until the 15th and claimed it was a typo; even though the woman who helped us told us in an email, verbally, and on the lease the move in date was the 5th. Horrible Management is unprofessional worst place to luve so glad to be out.
Noisy neighbors living above us. No consideration AT ALL. The floors and ceiling are not made of concrete. WE CAN HEAR EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING!!!. This place has has lost its cache. Won't be renewing again....
