RecommendedI am Reserving my entire review until I move Out due to reasons not needed here however I 100% believe in giving credit where credit is due. I would Like to take a moment to thank and recognize Kelly in the office at the New Tampa Portofino apartments. There are past issues I’m dealing with but no matter what, Kelly goes above and beyond. Horrible leasing agents, horrible neighbors, horrible professionalism. Okay community and great location but would never recommend to anyone.

RecommendedI moved here from Pittsburgh in September, all the ladies in the office are there to help as much as they can. Kelly, Esther, Alien(spelling the Assistant Manager) , Diane are all here for their residents. Can not forget about the maintenance guys either very friendly and they get the job fixed pretty quick. Definitely recommend this apartment complex
I am very disappointed with the portofino, they stole 2 bicycles from my children at the door of my apartment that were padlocked, new bikes that won at Christmas, I know I can not leave in the hallway but I receive a visit and I left for a 3 three days tied on the stairwell. the condominium is with the two gates broken so they stay open day and night, enter who want td left has no security and no cameras and nobody is responsible for our goods

RecommendedThis was my first time moving on my own and the folks at Portofino (especially Esther) made the entire process quick and easy. She was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our move-in needs were met. The staff is friendly, apartments appear well maintained, and the community seems very safe and quiet. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 Esther is the best!
I want to commend Kelly. I wanted to go to the gym after hours and was not sure of the entry to get in. She was so kind to show me all entries, the bathroom and mail entry with the key. She went out of her way.She has been here a couple of months. So please to meet her.
