Nearly everything about Portneuf has been awful! My husband had his surgery there (Dr. Harrison was amazing) but the staff was rude and the nurses had to be reminded that he was even there! And today, I have been on hold from 4 until 5 pm and no one will answer the phone. I just want to pay my bill! I tried the online payment and it couldn't find the reference number! From now on, we are going to Bingham Hospital in Blackfoot where they actually seem to care about patients! Bingham will let you set up payments, interest free... read more
I hate that place and i do my absolute best to avoid it including delivering my last baby in idaho falls. i refuse to use anything afiliated with that place.
