IV therapy staff amazing caring people! They truly care about their patients
I was seen for abdominal pain and was in there for 5 hrs did a bunch of test and sent home without knowing what caused it i asked what was wrong and the dr said i dont know could be a virus or bacterial so i was sent home with pain med and no idea what was wrong why i have pains im thinking about going to bingham memorial from now on i might have to go there today because the pain is still there and dont know why portneuf is a joke the nurse teresa was great but i was there 5 hrs and only seen the dr once and he had to leave... read more
Dr. O'Donnell, Dr. Lawrence, Amber, Traci, Shirley, and all the nurses (I have forgotten some names) that took care of grandson in NICU (Colin Orr), the post partum nurses that took care of my daughter and the overall team approach in meeting my grandson needs was above par. It was amazing to watch them develop and redefine the plan of care daily to help my grandson overcome all his hurdles so that one day we could take him home. This place is worst then a circus it don't matter how nice the place is when you have to wait hours to be seen and when maybe only one or two nurses and Drs have any idea what they are talking bout
From the admissions in the er, to the nurses, to the xrays tech, to lab, the drs, the care of portneuf employees was fantastic. The New ER dr. Thomas was outstanding. He definitely needs to rub off on some of the drs in there. Overall everyone was delightful.
Some of the doctors and nurses there are so ride they should be allowed around patients. Even tho there are bad doctors and nurses there are also some good ones too.
