I was released from PMC yesterday after a 3 2/3 day stay in I C U after a brain hemorrhage. I received superior care and was impressed with the clean and professional facility. Eric R.N. on the unit during night shift was polite and friendly throughout his shifts and was very kind to my family when they visited. My dignity was kept intact and I never felt any sort of violation of privacy. I was informed and educated when a Medco ation was changed and I was always aware of my rights as a patient. I had hip surgery yesterday, 2/21/17, from check in to release I was very well taken care of. The nurses exceed my expectation on the level of care I thought I should receive. I highly recommend the same day surgery department to anyone who needs this service. Thank you to the nurses and staff for an excellent experience!
Very upset with the people in the ER, my daughter hurt her foot and as soon as she told them what she does for work .....she was judged upon and hurried out of there. I want all of the public to see this, she was discriminated against ...... My daughter deserves quality care just like anyone else.....I hope this goes straight to the administrators....these people who she encountered in the ER disgrace me!! Shame on you!!
Horrible! I came in having allergic reaction and couldn't breathe they made me wait 30 min to get called back and then they panicked because my airway was closing and did an epipen dose plus others to help me immediately! Now my son is having hard time breathing and we have been in a room for 1 hour and 50 min and haven't seen a dr yet!!!!!!!! You will practically die before you get service here. Worth the drive to go somewhere else!!!
The recovery nurse sucked. Wasn't inform about what was happening just 30 more minutes for an hour an half had to get upset to find anything out. The nurse in the morning and the step up and doctors where awesome
Took two hours to get my husband into a room he had a fever of 102.9 was not satisfied
