I always have a great experience when I go into Portland North Dental Associates - whether it be for just a cleaning or any other procedure. I am always greeted with a smile and such kindness. Any staff that I may see - even in passing- always acknowledges me and asks me how I am doing. In addition to the staff being so warm and welcoming, I have always received the utmost care. Excellent office with high quality, cutting-edge dentistry from a true professional , Dr Robert DeRice. Friendly, highly trained, professional staff treat you like family. I am truly happy to go to my dentist as opposed to the common stereotypical phobia some people have.

I have been going to this practice for several years. What makes it such a great practice is the staff. From Christine being a great person to check in with and out with, to Amanda and the rest of the team always making me feel at ease. I have encouraged my family & friends to go here as well. Dr. DeRice seems to be quite qualified for anyone with very specific concerns or health questions. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
