I took my truck in for a service and a recall and a week later I picked it up with a huge dent in the truck door, I didn’t leave there until the supervisor came out and looked at it and took my information and told me it would buff out that she would call me when her detail guy comes in, i notified my insurance company and advise them what happened and they contacted the dealership and they said they had no detail guy, so a week later I drop off my King Ranch and told them to fix it and call me when it’s done, 2 weeks later ... read more

Hi Dick, we take nothing but the utmost precaution and care for our service customers’ vehicles. Our work on your truck was confined to the engine bay and had nothing to do with any body work. On 9/6/18 you pointed out a slight body work blemish to our Service Manager. The dent is smaller than a dime.
