Ivan has had my car for 5 days. It’s an oil change and diagnostic test done. As of day 3, no oil change done and no explanation for why the engine light is on. Why not call and communicate with the customer either the inability to find something wrong, do what you can do like change the oil, and suggest the customer take it to someone who can service it? This is absoulute truth. Porterville Ford dealership (manager Deepak) tried to charge me fees they didnt have to or need to. After negotiating a price drop "for the car price" and going to the bank and getting the cashiers check to pay them they admitted their mistake but refused to reimburse me. I had already had the cashiers check in hand ready to buy! When I saw the paper work were it showed their mistake about the DMV fees I asked them "whats that about?" WOW....they had used unnecessary DMV fees to negotiate a drop in... read more
