Easily the loudest building I've ever lived in. The rents are relatively low for the neighborhood because they spent $0 on sound insulation. I can clearly hear every conversation, TV show, footstep, etc. from all of my neighbors. It's a real shame because the location, finishes, and price per square foot are great. But it's all ruined because they didn't bother to put even a little bit of noise barrier between the units. If it weren't so noisy, I'd have happily lived here for years. BORGER MANAGEMENT PAINTED OVER MOLD IN THIS APARTMENT I had recurrent leaks and mold in my apartment and the only "solution" they ever had was to bring in a painter to paint over it. They also brought in a mold "expert" who claimed there was no mold, but the website of his company boasted about how he could save landlords money. I had an upper respiratory infection for 7 weeks and before living here I rarely got sick.
