Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I had to wait a month to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They fell behind and my appoint was 45 minutes late. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Their prices were very fair, they worked with me and my budget. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble. They stayed open past their closing time and answered many of my questions. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. The only part that made me feel a little off was the payment procedures. I certainly hope this is going to be worth it.

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.
