I waited 1 hour and 45 minute and still was not even seen. People that came in after me were called back before me. When another patient questioned why it was taking so long the response was two people called off and they were short handed. If that was the case some of the appointments should have been rescheduled. I rather be rescheduled than wait forever. That was the first and last time going to their office.

Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, they never postpone my appointment Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
