Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

The Dentist and Dental Hygienist are very friendly. The Dentist always asks if you are ok or in pain when he/she is working on you. THEY are the reason I keep going back. However you can ALWAYS expect to wait an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Also the young lady at the front desk is not friendly and always seems to have an attitude.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

As far as the dentist and dental hygienist go, they are great; HOWEVER, the girl at the front desk has a serious attitude problem and is NOT willing to go the extra mile for patients! She has been unpleasant EVERY time we have dealt with her on the phone and in person. Because this is the person Portage Dental Rehab prefers as the first face you see when you visit their practice, I will be seeking all future dental work for myself and my family to be done elsewhere.
