Appreciated a warm, relaxing, caring environment. Many people experience lots of anxiety about dental appointments. i very much appreciated an atmosphere of professionalism and yet respectful and family-oriented. Lisa-Marie is very knowledgeable and in step with current technology and health strategies for the entire body. My situation was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. Everyone was pleasant and tried to make me comfortable. I've always felt that Dr. Samaha has given me the best of care. Thank you.
I have not hear back from Dr. Samaha in over a month. I think she may not prefer to treat Veterans because when I mentioned that my physician works at the VA, she voiced some hesitance. I sensed her reluctance and unwillingness to interact with the VA in the financial/insurance aspect although I was willing to abide by her fee-for-service preference. I am proud to be a Veteran and respect the VA and its service oriented philosophy. Perhaps Dr. Samaha prefers not to work with Veterans-but I could be totally wrong.
I will start taking the prescription medicine after I cut the grass and have a glass of wine on Friday night. (per warnings on medicine).
