I guess I might be one of those patient's that needs clarification. I thought the Dr said for me to stop taking a particular medicationa and obtain a "calcium rinse" but when I got to the front I was told not yet. And I am thinking because I have this phobia of Dental work, and such bad peridontal disease, why can't some appointments be combined, such as presentation and bacterial swab. I had a great experience at Port Warwick Dental Arts. However, the one improvement that could be made would be assisting patients as they wait for the main doctor so they do not become bored in their dental chair. Other than that, it was good!
