From the moment I walked in the door, I immediately felt at ease. From the soothing music, the beautiful artwork, the gorgeous view of the garden, and especially the friendly and personable staff; I knew this was different from any dental office to which I had been. I have never been fearful of going to the dentist; however, it is easy for nerves to set in before a procedure. I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of Nancy and Jackie; very knowledgeable people. Monquie and Eliza(sp)greeted me with a smile and the water was much appreciated...that's a good start. Very good organizational structure; positive team work. The fact that the bathroom was clean addresses your attention to detail. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care for the client. I loved the music...soothing, help to reduce the anxiety. Thanks for this opportunity.
