Sales lead for a Mitsubishi was given to a Ford sales person. Didnt know the product like he did with Ford. I was told the car has satellite radio, was not the case. Mitsubishi sales manager didn't do much to acknowledge me as a customer but was very buddy buddy during the sales process. I would never recommend someone to buy here. The communication was terrible.
So far 2 months and no answers if my dash that is falling apart is covered under warranty. This is really not rocket science. Owned Mitsubishi's all my life and quickly changing my mind about the customer service. :( Sad to see such a good company go so far down hill.
I love how you dictate what shows. Deleting my post regarding the poor service, lack of communication within and lying to your customers. THEN after all that you ask the potential customer to call you. REALLY? you obviously do not want business too bad. Also try working on your lobby seats that are from 1970 and torn.
Not only did they get me in the car I wanted, but ended up getting a better deal then I thought. Great place to buy a car.
