After receiving notice that a truck that we are in the market for was in for 27k, we went to the dealership to look at it. Looked it over, signed papers to pull credit, and took a test drive. Asked multiple times that it was 27k, yes was the answer. Sticker on the window even said 27k. After the test drive (AND PULLING CREDIT), we were informed that the truck was actually 44k. Went there today to buy a truck that MARIA called me about and how they just got it in and was around my price range. After they ran my credit, they came back to tell me how it was the wrong price and that it was a mistake. I asked if they could honor the price since already ran my credit before checking it out.the ford dealership didn’t have anything offer me and could not honor the price promised to me. Horrible service. Wrong phone number for part department. It’s my number. Called to inform them. Man yells at me that I’m wrong and hangs up. Now won’t answer my calls. No wonder they are closing.
