In 1891, the Oregon legislature created the Port of Portland to dredge a shipping channel from Portland to the Pacific Ocean. It now owns five marine terminals, four airports and seven business parks in the Northwest United States. The port also owns and operates the dredge Oregon, which helps maintain the current 40-foot-deep navigation channel on the lower Columbia and Willamette rivers. This airport is ridiculous. How hard is it when you change the baggage claim area to announce it over loud speaker? Happens frequently. TSA is confused and rude but that's normal and expected. PDX study up on customer service then practice it.
So how many expert engineer's did it take to design your bright shinny new airport ( seriously looks the same with a new carpet.) and you put the one shop and restaurant that's open late OUT side the security. no water access for us poor passengers on a 6 hour layover arriving after midnight local. as I'm handicapped my mother went out side security to get me water and some food so i could take my meds. and security had a cow when she tried to return and confiscated her yogurt, well I guess yogurt bought at your fancy airpor... read more
