I received a raw burger and was told I had to purchase another no apologies about the cook being unable to determine med rare from med well and the manager was RUDE everyone isn’t the same and shouldn’t be stereotyped but this establishment doesn’t care it is what it is tho
Food is excellent, bar is fun, but the wait is usually long. Service is good and drinks are strong. It is one of our favorate places in New Orleans.
I got my usual cheeseburger and potato but my dad decided to try a steak - his review: "It was superb". I've never heard him say that about a meal before.
Without a doubt it’s still The Undisputed Burger Champ !!!
I’ve been going to Port of Call since attending Tulane in the mid 80’s and it has never disappointed. The best burgers on earth and a baked potato like you’ve never seen. Monsoons are the best drink on the planet.
