Love it here We love living at Port O'Call. The apartment is well maintained and the employees are all very friendly.
PEACE OF MIND Living at Port O'Call has given me peace of mind because I know I never have to worry about anything. If something is broken Dave or the other Maintenance man are always quick to fix it. If I ever need anything I can call the office and talk to them and they always make me feel safe and secure. I love living here. I like the pool and can even take my son fishing over in our pond. It has been a great place to live.
Love living here I have lived here for 6 years but have to move out because I need assistance and I am very sad to be leaving. I love my apartment and my neighbors. The property is kept very nicely. The mowing crew mow weekly and the yards are clean. The office workers are very nice and helpful and the maintenance people are quick and the head maintenance man can fix just about anything. I have loved living here for the past 6 years this has been a wonderful home.
Great Staff I really appreciate the staff here. The office workers always are friendly, and go out of their way to help the residents. The Maintenance staff is quick, effecient and friendly. The lead maintenance man has been here for a very long time and he always has been on top of any issues I've had and comes quickly to fix any problems I might have in my apartment. Thank you to everyone at Port O' Call for always going above and beyond to help me.
Here we go! Well my grandma's ac went out and they said they would get to it monday because its not an emergency! She is over 50 and her apartment is currently setting at 84 degrees! Also their rent has raised 20.00 every year at lease signing suppousedly due to "water rates" this is obserd when the other company owned this and Holly was in the office this was NOT an issue!

I love living here Living at Port O' Call Apartments has been such a delightful experience! Perfectly located near excellent East Allen Count Schools, the river trail walkway, and multiple access points into Fort Wayne. I'M NEVER MOVING I have lived at Port O' Call for 9 years. The management team, Shelli & Kristie, have always been professional, friendly and go out of their way to help me with any issues I've had. All of my issues, which are few, have been addressed in a timely manner and with consideration to my personal schedule. As for the Maintenance Crew? They are the best I've ever seen! Wanda Schweyer I moved into Port O' Call Apartments six years ago. The maintenance staff is very good. They fix anything that goes wrong in my apartment and don't take too much time to do it. Dave and Marshall will do anything they can for you. The office staff are very nice people. It is just one happy family. It is a very nice community and you don't have all the crime. I'm hoping to finish the rest of my life right here at Port O' Call Apartments.
I moved in to Port O' Call 1989 I have called Port O' Call Apartments my home for 29 years! I have enjoyed living here and have recommend it to my friends. Port O' Call is a great place to live.
