Great Community Port O'Call Apartments is a great place to live because of the peaceful atmosphere, the helpful office staff and maintenance staff take care of any issue I have had within the same day! I think the thing I like most about living here is the grounds look beautiful with the fountain in the pond and the grass always kept mowed and looking good!
Best apartments in New Haven I've been here 5 years and I have loved it. The rent is inexpensive, the grounds are excellent and they have a great staff. I'm only moving out because I bought a house, but I would definitely recommend Port O'Call if you are needing a nice apartment to live in and you don't want to pay a ton of money.
Students at Indiana Tech I have lived at Port O'Call Apartments for 3 years now, with my wife and it has been an enjoyable time. We are both students at Indiana Tech and it has been very convenient to our school. There are nice people, maintenance fixes any problems very quick and the people in the office are nice and helpful. We have enjoyed living here.
Nice Complex As a Tenant of 7 months now, I'm happy here. Maintenance and office staff have always been responsive and helpful every time I had an issue or question. The complex is nicely laid out. I feel safe walking after midnight.

Great place to live We have loved living here at Port O'Call. It is a good location, they have great prices and it is very nice and clean. The service is also very good. The office staff are friendly and go out of their way to help all of us out. For example; When we went on vacation and were notified that a package was left outside our door we called the office and Shelly went over and got it for us, took it back to the office so that we could pick it up when we returned home. Love it here The ladies in the office are super sweet and always go out of their way to make sure we are happy here. The maintenance man is very quick to fix anything that has ever gone wrong. These are the best apartments in New Haven. They are nice, quiet and our neighbors are great. I would definately refer my friends here if they needed a place to move in to. The grounds always look nice and we had a great time at the pool this summer.
Love Living Here!! Port O' Call Apts is the place to be! The environment is family and pet friendly. The helpful staff is quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Let me tell you the maintenance staff is top notch! All of them are very knowledgeable in their craft. Great place to live We have lived here for 6 months and had only 1 maintenance problem. The maintenance man was here the same day and fixed the disposal that was clogged up. All the staff members are very nice and seem to go out of their way to help people out. We think this is a great place to live. It feels like home.
