Not worth the price The price is raising each year with no changes to the apartment. Appliances are old and the flooring is even more old. But with the rising prices they make exactly zero improvements to the apartment. With their old doors and windows of your neighbor smokes it’ll seep in. If you’re like my husband and I who are allergic , you’re pretty much out of luck, according to them there is little solutions. Not worth the price No longer worth the money with recent rent increases, especially with how outdated the buildings and appliances are. AC units are old as hell and expensive to run. Ill be looking elsewhere.
Like paying for 2 day old McDonald's They will raise your rent every year significantly for your crappy apartments that are going on 50 years. They enjoy controlling any aspect of your life that they can. Live here if the idea of leaving work and coming home to a stake office setting where the manager micromanages you appeals to you.
Port O Call apartments review Great Apartment Complex, lived here for a year now and I love it here! The area, staff & maintenance are great! Will recommend the complex for new residents! :)
great place to live!! Been here going on 7 years. It’s nice and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff are always on top of things when something needs fixed. My grandson loves the pool and the pond and of course the play area.
13 yrs...... ....and still living at Port O Call Apartments! Did you know they have townhouse living quarters too? Great staff, the best maintenance crew and quiet living! Come look for yourself....
5/5 would recommend Port O Call Apartments. My husband and I have lived here for more than 6 years. Starting in a one bedroom and then transitioning into a two bedroom. The maintenance has been better then any place either of us have ever been. They are nice and friendly but also take care of the problem the same day, often coming within an hour of calling. Amazing Apartmentd! I absolutely love Port O call apartments! They keep your apartment fixed and cleaned with things that need it and they keep the apartments outside alone maintained! I have been here for over a year and it’s great! Very well located as well!
