RecommendedI wrote the other day that I had a horrible experience with a car detail at Port City. They responded and then went above and beyond to fix their mistakes, including giving me a free rental so I didn’t have to hang out while it was redone. I got the car back and it looked brand new. Thank you to Justin and Jason for being so awesome !! Here are the pictures from the first detail to now. Looks like a completely different car.

Port City could improve by treating women equally. My husband and I went in separately with the exact same car 4 weeks apart. They offered my husband $6200 saying that it was a low figure because he had only one set of keys. I showed up and they offered me only $3300 with the understanding that I had both sets of keys. This is SEXISM at the worst!!!!!!!!!
I’ve had my car for 1year and about 3 months, so far I’ve had to replace all brakes all rotors all tires and a tie rod

The customer service is horrible. They do not return phone calls.
I've had nothing but trouble with my car since I purchased it from here. Called multiple times after I got my car because of the continuous issues and kept getting talked down to by the people in the garage. Will never go back.
